My story is not that unique, it is one many can probably relate too.  I got my first job at the age of 15 at Carl’s Jr.  There were many twists and turns in my life between then and now.  One thing that has always remained is the desire to be my best and always striving for more along the way.  After I was laid off from a company, I grabbed a map and a newspaper, looked at the help wanted and planned a route. After some searching, I found myself in the roof accessories business.  Lane-Aire Manufacturing, a roof hatch and skylight manufacture, among other products brought me onto their company.  I was their N. California sales manager for a little over 16 years.

Here I am 18 years after that first day at Lane-Aire, owner and operator of HL&S Supply, Inc.  Through my journey to get here, I’ve done everything from delivery driver to operations; you can bet I’ve seen it all too. This in turn has given me a great foundation based on confidence, grit, and resiliency like I’ve never had before.  It’s also taught me how to listen to people, identify what they need, and ask the right questions in order to provide a quality of service that creates and maintains relationships.  My customers keep coming back to me for one reason and one reason only: I’ve proven myself reliable and responsive at every turn.

Dependable, stable, and consistent – these are not only the key ingredients to building loyalty in business, they are also vital to a family.  My beautiful wife and I have been together through dating and marriage for 25 years now.  We have two incredible, bright, intelligent, and courageous kids. THANKFULLY, they take after their mom, LOL!  I think of my customers as family as well and treat them with the same transparency and respect.
